Elberta Solstice Festival 2009!

Thank you ALL for your continued support to make the Elberta Summer Solstice Festival one of the most popular annual events in Benzie County!

Elberta Waterfront Park

This year we are building on the same tradition as the past: filling the longest day of the year with as much family fun and entertainment as possible. Starting at noon this year, there will be musicians and entertainers onstage throughout the day, including local favorites and our headliner from Ann Arbor- Rootstand! As always, there will be plenty of activities for the kids to take part in, including face painting, games, and lots of prizes. Rockin R Stables will offer rides for the kids, and there will be a magic show and a chance to fish for anyone under 17 years old. Details can be found on the Kids page.

Right Brain Brewery will be our local beer highlighted in the Beer Garden, along with wine and everyone's favorite macrobrews. There will be nearly a dozen different Benzie County restaurants that will be vending their dishesthroughout the day, as well as non-profit organizations and local crafters and businesses with booths set up throughout the park.
